2. Fair Usage Policy

• No hosting of illegal content, phishing, or spamming.
• Resource abuse (CPU/RAM/Storage) will lead to account suspension.
• We reserve the right to remove any harmful or abusive content immediately.

3. Payments & Renewals

All hosting services must be prepaid. Accounts that remain unpaid after the due date may be suspended or terminated. Renewal notices are sent prior to expiration.

4. Liability

ZaviraHost is not liable for data loss, downtime, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network outages or DDoS attacks.
